A song of ascents. O LORD, remember David and all the hardships he endured. | |
| | 2 | 他怎樣向耶和華起誓、向雅各的大能者許願、
He swore an oath to the LORD and made a vow to the Mighty One of Jacob: | |
| | 3 | 說、我必不進我的帳幕、也不上我的床榻．
"I will not enter my house or go to my bed-- | |
| | 4 | 我不容我的眼睛睡覺、也不容我的眼目打盹．
I will allow no sleep to my eyes, no slumber to my eyelids, | |
| | 5 | 直等我為耶和華尋得所在、為雅各的大能者尋得居所。
till I find a place for the LORD, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob." | |
| | 6 | 我們聽說約櫃在以法他．我們在基列耶琳就尋見了。
We heard it in Ephrathah, we came upon it in the fields of Jaar: | |
| | 7 | 我們要進他的居所、在他腳凳前下拜。
"Let us go to his dwelling place; let us worship at his footstool-- | |
| | 8 | 耶和華阿、求你興起、和你有能力的約櫃同入安息之所。
arise, O LORD, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might. | |
| | 9 | 願你的祭司披上公義．願你的聖民歡呼。
May your priests be clothed with righteousness; may your saints sing for joy." | |
| | 10 | 求你因你僕人大衛的緣故、不要厭棄你的受膏者。
For the sake of David your servant, do not reject your anointed one. | |
| | 11 | 耶和華向大衛憑誠實起了誓、必不反覆、說、我要使你所生的坐在你的寶座上。
The LORD swore an oath to David, a sure oath that he will not revoke: "One of your own descendants I will place on your throne-- | |
| | 12 | 你的眾子若守我的約、和我所教訓他們的法度、他們的子孫、必永遠坐在你的寶座上。
if your sons keep my covenant and the statutes I teach them, then their sons will sit on your throne for ever and ever." | |
| | 13 | 因為耶和華揀選了錫安、願意當作自己的居所、
For the LORD has chosen Zion, he has desired it for his dwelling: | |
| | 14 | 說、這是我永遠安息之所．我要住在這裡．因為是我所願意的。
"This is my resting place for ever and ever; here I will sit enthroned, for I have desired it-- | |
| | 15 | 我要使其中的糧食豐滿、使其中的窮人飽足。
I will bless her with abundant provisions; her poor will I satisfy with food. | |
| | 16 | 我要使祭司披上救恩、聖民大聲歡呼。
I will clothe her priests with salvation, and her saints will ever sing for joy. | |
| | 17 | 我要叫大衛的角、在那裡發生．我為我的受膏者、豫備明燈。
"Here I will make a horn grow for David and set up a lamp for my anointed one. | |
| | 18 | 我要使他的仇敵、披上羞恥．但他的冠冕、要在頭上發光。
I will clothe his enemies with shame, but the crown on his head will be resplendent." | |
