But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, "This man welcomes sinners and eats with them." | |

Then Jesus told them this parable: | |
| 4 | ³ÊÈñ Áß¿¡ ¾î´À »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¾ç ÀÏ¹é ¸¶¸®°¡ Àִµ¥ ±× Áß¿¡ Çϳª¸¦ ÀÒÀ¸¸é ¾ÆÈç¾ÆÈ© ¸¶¸®¸¦ µé¿¡ µÎ°í ±× ÀÒÀº °ÍÀ» ãµµ·Ï ã¾Æ ´Ù´ÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ´À³Ä
"Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? | |

And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders | |
| 6 | Áý¿¡ ¿Í¼ ±× ¹þ°ú ÀÌ¿ôÀ» ºÒ·¯ ¸ðÀ¸°í ¸»Ç쵂 ³ª¿Í ÇÔ²² Áñ±âÀÚ ³ªÀÇ ÀÒÀº ¾çÀ» ã¾Ò³ë¶ó Çϸ®¶ó
and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.' | |
| 7 | ³»°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£³ë´Ï ÀÌ¿Í °°ÀÌ ÁËÀÎ Çϳª°¡ ȸ°³Çϸé Çϴÿ¡¼´Â ȸ°³ÇÒ °Í ¾ø´Â ÀÇÀÎ ¾ÆÈç¾ÆÈ©À» ÀÎÇÏ¿© ±â»µÇÏ´Â °Íº¸´Ù ´õÇϸ®¶ó
I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. | |

"Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Does she not light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? | |
| 9 | ¶Ç ãÀºÁï ¹þ°ú ÀÌ¿ôÀ» ºÒ·¯ ¸ðÀ¸°í ¸»Ç쵂 ³ª¿Í ÇÔ²² Áñ±âÀÚ ÀÒÀº µå¶óÅ©¸¶¸¦ ã¾Ò³ë¶ó Çϸ®¶ó
And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.' | |

In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents." | |

Jesus continued: "There was a man who had two sons. | |

The younger one said to his father, 'Father, give me my share of the estate.' So he divided his property between them. | |

"Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. | |
| 14 | ´Ù ¾øÀÌÇÑ ÈÄ ±× ³ª¶ó¿¡ Å©°Ô È˳âÀÌ µé¾î Àú°¡ ºñ·Î¼Ò ±ÃÇÌÇÑÁö¶ó
After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. | |

So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. | |

He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything. | |

"When he came to his senses, he said, 'How many of my father's hired men have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! | |

I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. | |

I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired men.' | |

So he got up and went to his father. "But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him. | |

"The son said to him, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.' | |

"But the father said to his servants, 'Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. | |
| 23 | ±×¸®°í »ìÁø ¼Û¾ÆÁö¸¦ ²ø¾î´Ù°¡ ÀâÀ¸¶ó ¿ì¸®°¡ ¸Ô°í Áñ±âÀÚ
Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let's have a feast and celebrate. | |
| 24 | ÀÌ ³» ¾ÆµéÀº Á×¾ú´Ù°¡ ´Ù½Ã »ì¾Æ³µÀ¸¸ç ³»°¡ ÀÒ¾ú´Ù°¡ ´Ù½Ã ¾ò¾ú³ë¶ó ÇÏ´Ï ÀúÈñ°¡ Áñ°Å¿öÇÏ´õ¶ó
For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.' So they began to celebrate. | |
| 25 | ¸º¾ÆµéÀº ¹ç¿¡ ÀÖ´Ù°¡ µ¹¾Æ¿Í Áý¿¡ °¡±î¿üÀ» ¶§¿¡ dz·ù¿Í ÃãÃß´Â ¼Ò¸®¸¦ µè°í
"Meanwhile, the older son was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. | |
| 26 | ÇÑ Á¾À» ºÒ·¯ ÀÌ ¹«½¼ ÀÏÀΰ¡ ¹°Àº´ë
So he called one of the servants and asked him what was going on. | |
| 27 | ´ë´äÇ쵂 ´ç½ÅÀÇ µ¿»ýÀÌ µ¹¾Æ¿ÔÀ¸¸Å ´ç½ÅÀÇ ¾Æ¹öÁö°¡ ±×ÀÇ °Ç°ÇÑ ¸öÀ» ´Ù½Ã ¸Â¾Æ µéÀÌ°Ô µÊÀ» ÀÎÇÏ¿© »ìÁø ¼Û¾ÆÁö¸¦ Àâ¾Ò³ªÀÌ´Ù ÇÏ´Ï
'Your brother has come,' he replied, 'and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.' | |

"The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him. | |
| 29 | ¾Æ¹öÁö²² ´ë´äÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ³»°¡ ¿©·¯ ÇØ ¾Æ¹öÁö¸¦ ¼¶°Ü ¸íÀ» ¾î±èÀÌ ¾ø°Å´Ã ³»°Ô´Â ¿°¼Ò »õ³¢¶óµµ ÁÖ¾î ³ª¿Í ³» ¹þÀ¸·Î Áñ±â°Ô ÇϽŠÀÏÀÌ ¾ø´õ´Ï
But he answered his father, 'Look! All these years I've been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends. | |
| 30 | ¾Æ¹öÁöÀÇ »ì¸²À» â±â¿Í ÇÔ²² ¸Ô¾î¹ö¸° ÀÌ ¾ÆµéÀÌ µ¹¾Æ¿À¸Å À̸¦ À§ÇÏ¿© »ìÁø ¼Û¾ÆÁö¸¦ ÀâÀ¸¼Ì³ªÀÌ´Ù
But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!' | |
| 31 | ¾Æ¹öÁö°¡ À̸£µÇ ¾ê ³Ê´Â Ç×»ó ³ª¿Í ÇÔ²² ÀÖÀ¸´Ï ³» °ÍÀÌ ´Ù ³× °ÍÀ̷εÇ
"'My son,' the father said, 'you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. | |
| 32 | ÀÌ ³× µ¿»ýÀº Á×¾ú´Ù°¡ »ì¾ÒÀ¸¸ç ³»°¡ ÀÒ¾ú´Ù°¡ ¾ò¾ú±â·Î ¿ì¸®°¡ Áñ°Å¿öÇÏ°í ±â»µÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ ¸¶¶¥ÇÏ´Ù Çϴ϶ó
But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.'" | |
