"I tell you the truth, the man who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber.

¹®À¸·Î µé¾î°¡´Â ÀÌ°¡ ¾çÀÇ ¸ñÀÚ¶ó

The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep.

¹®Áö±â´Â ±×¸¦ À§ÇÏ¿© ¹®À» ¿­°í ¾çÀº ±×ÀÇ À½¼ºÀ» µè³ª´Ï ±×°¡ Àڱ⠾çÀÇ À̸§À» °¢°¢ ºÒ·¯ ÀεµÇÏ¿© ³»´À´Ï¶ó

The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

Àڱ⠾çÀ» ´Ù ³»¾î ³õÀº ÈÄ¿¡ ¾Õ¼­ °¡¸é ¾çµéÀÌ ±×ÀÇ À½¼ºÀ» ¾Æ´Â °í·Î µû¶ó ¿ÀµÇ

When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice.

ŸÀÎÀÇ À½¼ºÀº ¾ËÁö ¸øÇÏ´Â °í·Î ŸÀÎÀ» µû¸£Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°í µµ¸®¾î µµ¸ÁÇÏ´À´Ï¶ó

But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger's voice."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ÀÌ ºñÀ¯·Î ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸»¾¸ÇϼÌÀ¸³ª ÀúÈñ´Â ±× ÇϽŠ¸»¾¸ÀÌ ¹«¾ùÀÎÁö ¾ËÁö ¸øÇϴ϶ó

Jesus used this figure of speech, but they did not understand what he was telling them.

±×·¯¹Ç·Î ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ´Ù½Ã À̸£½ÃµÇ ³»°¡ Áø½Ç·Î Áø½Ç·Î ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸»Çϳë´Ï ³ª´Â ¾çÀÇ ¹®À̶ó

Therefore Jesus said again, "I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep.

All who ever came before me were thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them.

I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and go out, and find pasture.

µµÀûÀÌ ¿À´Â °ÍÀº µµÀûÁúÇÏ°í Á×ÀÌ°í ¸ê¸Á½ÃÅ°·Á´Â °Í»ÓÀÌ¿ä ³»°¡ ¿Â °ÍÀº ¾çÀ¸·Î »ý¸íÀ» ¾ò°Ô ÇÏ°í ´õ dz¼ºÈ÷ ¾ò°Ô ÇÏ·Á´Â °ÍÀ̶ó

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

³ª´Â ¼±ÇÑ ¸ñÀÚ¶ó ¼±ÇÑ ¸ñÀÚ´Â ¾çµéÀ» À§ÇÏ¿© ¸ñ¼ûÀ» ¹ö¸®°Å´Ï¿Í

"I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

»é²ÛÀº ¸ñÀÚµµ ¾Æ´Ï¿ä ¾çµµ Á¦ ¾çÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó À̸®°¡ ¿À´Â °ÍÀ» º¸¸é ¾çÀ» ¹ö¸®°í ´Þ¾Æ³ª³ª´Ï À̸®°¡ ¾çÀ» ´ÁÅ»ÇÏ°í ¶Ç ÇìÄ¡´À´Ï¶ó

The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it.

´Þ¾Æ³ª´Â °ÍÀº Àú°¡ »é²ÛÀÎ ±î´ß¿¡ ¾çÀ» µ¹¾Æº¸Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇÔÀ̳ª

The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep.

³ª´Â ¼±ÇÑ ¸ñÀÚ¶ó ³»°¡ ³» ¾çÀ» ¾Ë°í ¾çµµ ³ª¸¦ ¾Æ´Â °ÍÀÌ

"I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me--

¾Æ¹öÁö²²¼­ ³ª¸¦ ¾Æ½Ã°í ³»°¡ ¾Æ¹öÁö¸¦ ¾Æ´Â °Í °°À¸´Ï ³ª´Â ¾çÀ» À§ÇÏ¿© ¸ñ¼ûÀ» ¹ö¸®³ë¶ó

just as the Father knows me and I know the Father--and I lay down my life for the sheep.

¶Ç ÀÌ ¿ì¸®¿¡ µéÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÑ ´Ù¸¥ ¾çµéÀÌ ³»°Ô ÀÖ¾î ³»°¡ ÀεµÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÒ ÅÍÀÌ´Ï ÀúÈñµµ ³» À½¼ºÀ» µè°í ÇÑ ¹«¸®°¡ µÇ¾î ÇÑ ¸ñÀÚ¿¡°Ô ÀÖÀ¸¸®¶ó

I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.

The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life--only to take it up again.

À̸¦ ³»°Ô¼­ »©¾Ñ´Â ÀÚ°¡ ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó ³»°¡ ½º½º·Î ¹ö¸®³ë¶ó ³ª´Â ¹ö¸± ±Ç¼¼µµ ÀÖ°í ´Ù½Ã ¾òÀ» ±Ç¼¼µµ ÀÖÀ¸´Ï ÀÌ °è¸íÀº ³» ¾Æ¹öÁö¿¡°Ô¼­ ¹Þ¾Ò³ë¶ó ÇϽô϶ó

No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father."

ÀÌ ¸»¾¸À» ÀÎÇÏ¿© À¯´ëÀÎ Áß¿¡ ´Ù½Ã ºÐÀïÀÌ ÀϾ´Ï

At these words the Jews were again divided.

±× Áß¿¡ ¸¹Àº »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¸»Ç쵂 Àú°¡ ±Í½Å µé·Á ¹ÌÃÆ°Å´Ã ¾îÂîÇÏ¿© ±× ¸»À» µè´À³Ä Çϸç

Many of them said, "He is demon-possessed and raving mad. Why listen to him?"

But others said, "These are not the sayings of a man possessed by a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?"

Then came the Feast of Dedication at Jerusalem. It was winter,

and Jesus was in the temple area walking in Solomon's Colonnade.

The Jews gathered around him, saying, "How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ´ë´äÇÏ½ÃµÇ ³»°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¸»ÇÏ¿´À¸µÇ ¹ÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϴµµ´Ù ³»°¡ ³» ¾Æ¹öÁöÀÇ À̸§À¸·Î ÇàÇÏ´Â ÀϵéÀÌ ³ª¸¦ Áõ°ÅÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ̾î´Ã

Jesus answered, "I did tell you, but you do not believe. The miracles I do in my Father's name speak for me,

³ÊÈñ°¡ ³» ¾çÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï¹Ç·Î ¹ÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϴµµ´Ù

but you do not believe because you are not my sheep.

³» ¾çÀº ³» À½¼ºÀ» µéÀ¸¸ç ³ª´Â ÀúÈñ¸¦ ¾Ë¸ç ÀúÈñ´Â ³ª¸¦ µû¸£´À´Ï¶ó

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.

³»°¡ ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ¿µ»ýÀ» ÁÖ³ë´Ï ¿µ¿øÈ÷ ¸ê¸ÁÄ¡ ¾Æ´ÏÇÒ ÅÍÀÌ¿ä ¶Ç ÀúÈñ¸¦ ³» ¼Õ¿¡¼­ »©¾ÑÀ» ÀÚ°¡ ¾ø´À´Ï¶ó

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.

ÀúÈñ¸¦ ÁֽŠ³» ¾Æ¹öÁö´Â ¸¸À¯º¸´Ù Å©½Ã¸Å ¾Æ¹«µµ ¾Æ¹öÁö ¼Õ¿¡¼­ »©¾ÑÀ» ¼ö ¾ø´À´Ï¶ó

My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand.

³ª¿Í ¾Æ¹öÁö´Â ÇϳªÀ̴϶ó ÇϽŴë

I and the Father are one."

À¯´ëÀεéÀÌ ´Ù½Ã µ¹À» µé¾î Ä¡·Á ÇÏ°Å´Ã

Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him,

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ´ë´äÇÏ½ÃµÇ ³»°¡ ¾Æ¹öÁö²²·Î ¸»¹Ì¾Ï¾Æ ¿©·¯ °¡Áö ¼±ÇÑ ÀÏÀ» ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô º¸¿´°Å´Ã ±× Áß¿¡ ¾î¶² ÀÏ·Î ³ª¸¦ µ¹·Î Ä¡·Á ÇÏ´À³Ä

but Jesus said to them, "I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?"

À¯´ëÀεéÀÌ ´ë´äÇ쵂 ¼±ÇÑ ÀÏÀ» ÀÎÇÏ¿© ¿ì¸®°¡ ³Ê¸¦ µ¹·Î Ä¡·Á´Â °ÍÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó Âü¶÷ÇÔÀ» ÀÎÇÔÀÌ´Ï ³×°¡ »ç¶÷ÀÌ µÇ¾î ÀÚĪ Çϳª´ÔÀ̶ó ÇÔÀ̷ζó

"We are not stoning you for any of these," replied the Jews, "but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ °¡¶ó»ç´ë ³ÊÈñ À²¹ý¿¡ ±â·ÏÇÑ ¹Ù ³»°¡ ³ÊÈñ¸¦ ½ÅÀ̶ó ÇÏ¿´³ë¶ó ÇÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ¿´´À³Ä

Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I have said you are gods'?

¼º°æÀº ÆóÇÏÁö ¸øÇϳª´Ï Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ¸»¾¸À» ¹ÞÀº »ç¶÷µéÀ» ½ÅÀ̶ó Çϼ̰ŵç

If he called them 'gods,' to whom the word of God came--and the Scripture cannot be broken--

ÇϹ°¸ç ¾Æ¹öÁö²²¼­ °Å·èÇÏ°Ô ÇÏ»ç ¼¼»ó¿¡ º¸³»½Å ÀÚ°¡ ³ª´Â Çϳª´Ô ¾ÆµéÀ̶ó ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¾îÂî Âü¶÷ÇÏ´Ù ÇÏ´À³Ä

what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, 'I am God's Son'?

¸¸ÀÏ ³»°¡ ³» ¾Æ¹öÁöÀÇ ÀÏÀ» ÇàÄ¡ ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°Åµç ³ª¸¦ ¹ÏÁö ¸»·Á´Ï¿Í

Do not believe me unless I do what my Father does.

³»°¡ ÇàÇÏ°Åµç ³ª¸¦ ¹ÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÒÁö¶óµµ ±× ÀÏÀº ¹ÏÀ¸¶ó ±×·¯¸é ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¾Æ¹öÁö²²¼­ ³» ¾È¿¡ °è½Ã°í ³»°¡ ¾Æ¹öÁö ¾È¿¡ ÀÖÀ½À» ±ú´Þ¾Æ ¾Ë¸®¶ó ÇϽŴë

But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father."

ÀúÈñ°¡ ´Ù½Ã ¿¹¼ö¸¦ Àâ°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´À¸³ª ±× ¼Õ¿¡¼­ ¹þ¾î³ª ³ª°¡½Ã´Ï¶ó

Again they tried to seize him, but he escaped their grasp.

´Ù½Ã ¿ä´Ü °­ ÀúÆí ¿äÇÑÀÌ Ã³À½À¸·Î ħ·Ê ÁÖ´ø °÷¿¡ °¡»ç °Å±â °ÅÇϽôÏ

Then Jesus went back across the Jordan to the place where John had been baptizing in the early days. Here he stayed

¸¹Àº »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¿Ô´Ù°¡ ¸»Ç쵂 ¿äÇÑÀº ¾Æ¹« Ç¥Àûµµ ÇàÄ¡ ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ¿´À¸³ª ¿äÇÑÀÌ ÀÌ »ç¶÷À» °¡¸®ÄÑ ¸»ÇÑ °ÍÀº ÂüÀ̶ó ÇÏ´õ¶ó

and many people came to him. They said, "Though John never performed a miraculous sign, all that John said about this man was true."

±×¸®ÇÏ¿© °Å±â¼­ ¸¹Àº »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ¹ÏÀ¸´Ï¶ó

And in that place many believed in Jesus.
