| | 1 | 比撒列和亞何利亞伯、並一切心裡有智慧的、就是蒙耶和華賜智慧聰明、叫他知道作聖所各樣使用之工的、都要照耶和華所吩咐的作工。
So Bezalel, Oholiab and every skilled person to whom the LORD has given skill and ability to know how to carry out all the work of constructing the sanctuary are to do the work just as the LORD has commanded." | |
| | 2 | 凡耶和華賜他心裡有智慧、而且受感前來作這工的、摩西把他們和比撒列、並亞何利亞伯、一同召來。
Then Moses summoned Bezalel and Oholiab and every skilled person to whom the LORD had given ability and who was willing to come and do the work. | |
| | 3 | 這些人就從摩西收了以色列人為作聖所、並聖所使用之工所拿來的禮物。百姓每早晨、還把甘心獻的禮物拿來。
They received from Moses all the offerings the Israelites had brought to carry out the work of constructing the sanctuary. And the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning. | |
| | 4 | 凡作聖所一切工的智慧人、各都離開他所作的工、
So all the skilled craftsmen who were doing all the work on the sanctuary left their work | |
| | 5 | 來對摩西說、百姓為耶和華吩咐使用之工所拿來的、富富有餘。
and said to Moses, "The people are bringing more than enough for doing the work the LORD commanded to be done." | |
| | 6 | 摩西傳命、他們就在全營中宣告說、無論男女、不必再為聖所拿甚麼禮物來．這樣纔攔住百姓不再拿禮物來。
Then Moses gave an order and they sent this word throughout the camp: "No man or woman is to make anything else as an offering for the sanctuary." And so the people were restrained from bringing more, | |
| | 7 | 因為他們所有的材料、彀作一切當作的物、而且有餘。
because what they already had was more than enough to do all the work. | |
| | 8 | 他們中間凡心裡有智慧作工的、用十幅幔子作帳幕．這幔子是比撒列用撚的細麻、和藍色紫色朱紅色線製造的、並用巧匠的手工繡上基路伯。
All the skilled men among the workmen made the tabernacle with ten curtains of finely twisted linen and blue, purple and scarlet yarn, with cherubim worked into them by a skilled craftsman. | |
| | 9 | 每幅幔子長二十八肘、寬四肘．都是一樣的尺寸。
All the curtains were the same size--twenty-eight cubits long and four cubits wide. | |
| | 10 | 他使這五幅幔子、幅幅相連、又使那五幅幔子、幅幅相連．
They joined five of the curtains together and did the same with the other five. | |
| | 11 | 在這相連的幔子末幅邊上、作藍色的鈕扣、在那相連的幔子末幅邊上、也照樣作。
Then they made loops of blue material along the edge of the end curtain in one set, and the same was done with the end curtain in the other set. | |
| | 12 | 在這相連的幔子上、作五十個鈕扣、在那相連的幔子上、也作五十個鈕扣、都是兩兩相對。
They also made fifty loops on one curtain and fifty loops on the end curtain of the other set, with the loops opposite each other. | |
| | 13 | 又作五十個金鉤、使幔子相連．這纔成了一個帳幕。
Then they made fifty gold clasps and used them to fasten the two sets of curtains together so that the tabernacle was a unit. | |
| | 14 | 他用山羊毛織十一幅幔子、作為帳幕以上的罩棚．
They made curtains of goat hair for the tent over the tabernacle--eleven altogether. | |
| | 15 | 每幅幔子長三十肘、寬四肘、十一幅幔子、都是一樣的尺寸。
All eleven curtains were the same size--thirty cubits long and four cubits wide. | |
| | 16 | 他把五幅幔子連成一幅、又把六幅幔子連成一幅。
They joined five of the curtains into one set and the other six into another set. | |
| | 17 | 在這相連的幔子末幅邊上、作五十個鈕扣、在那相連的幔子末幅邊上、也作五十個鈕扣．
Then they made fifty loops along the edge of the end curtain in one set and also along the edge of the end curtain in the other set. | |
| | 18 | 又作五十個銅鉤、使罩棚連成一個。
They made fifty bronze clasps to fasten the tent together as a unit. | |
| | 19 | 並用染紅的公羊皮作罩棚的蓋、再用海狗皮作一層罩棚上的頂蓋。
Then they made for the tent a covering of ram skins dyed red, and over that a covering of hides of sea cows. | |
| | 20 | 他用皂莢木作帳幕的豎板。
They made upright frames of acacia wood for the tabernacle. | |
| | 21 | 每塊長十肘、寬一肘半．
Each frame was ten cubits long and a cubit and a half wide, | |
| | 22 | 每塊有兩榫相對、帳幕一切的板都是這樣作。
with two projections set parallel to each other. They made all the frames of the tabernacle in this way. | |
| | 23 | 帳幕的南面、作板二十塊。
They made twenty frames for the south side of the tabernacle | |
| | 24 | 在這二十塊板底下、又作四十個帶卯的銀座、兩卯接這塊板上的兩榫、兩卯接那塊板上的兩榫。
and made forty silver bases to go under them--two bases for each frame, one under each projection. | |
| | 25 | 帳幕的第二面、就是北面、也作板二十塊、
For the other side, the north side of the tabernacle, they made twenty frames | |
| | 26 | 和帶卯的銀座四十個．這板底下有兩卯、那板底下也有兩卯。
and forty silver bases--two under each frame. | |
| | 27 | 帳幕的後面、就是西面、作板六塊。
They made six frames for the far end, that is, the west end of the tabernacle, | |
| | 28 | 帳幕後面的拐角、作板兩塊。
and two frames were made for the corners of the tabernacle at the far end. | |
| | 29 | 板的下半截是雙的、上半截是整的、直到第一個環子、在帳幕的兩個拐角上、都是這樣作。
At these two corners the frames were double from the bottom all the way to the top and fitted into a single ring; both were made alike. | |
| | 30 | 有八塊板、和十六個帶卯的銀座．每塊板底下有兩卯。
So there were eight frames and sixteen silver bases--two under each frame. | |
| | 31 | 他用皂莢木作閂．為帳幕這面的板作五閂、
They also made crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames on one side of the tabernacle, | |
| | 32 | 為帳幕那面的板作五閂．又為帳幕後面的板作五閂．
five for those on the other side, and five for the frames on the west, at the far end of the tabernacle. | |
| | 33 | 使板腰間的中閂、從這一頭通到那一頭。
They made the center crossbar so that it extended from end to end at the middle of the frames. | |
| | 34 | 用金子將板包裹．又作板上的金環套閂．閂也用金子包裹。
They overlaid the frames with gold and made gold rings to hold the crossbars. They also overlaid the crossbars with gold. | |
| | 35 | 他用藍色紫色朱紅色線、和撚的細麻織幔子．以巧匠的手工繡上基路伯。
They made the curtain of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen, with cherubim worked into it by a skilled craftsman. | |
| | 36 | 為幔子作四根皂莢木柱子、用金包裹．柱子上有金鉤．又為柱子鑄了四個帶卯的銀座。
They made four posts of acacia wood for it and overlaid them with gold. They made gold hooks for them and cast their four silver bases. | |
| | 37 | 拿藍色紫色朱紅色線、和撚的細麻、用繡花的手工織帳幕的門簾。
For the entrance to the tent they made a curtain of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen--the work of an embroiderer; | |
| | 38 | 又為簾子作五根柱子、和柱子上的鉤子、用金子把柱頂、和柱子上的杆子包裹．柱子有五個帶卯的座、是銅的。
and they made five posts with hooks for them. They overlaid the tops of the posts and their bands with gold and made their five bases of bronze. | |
