我們既有這許多的見證人ã€å¦‚åŒé›²å½©åœè‘—我們ã€å°±ç•¶æ”¾ä¸‹å„樣的é‡æ“”ã€è„«åŽ»å®¹æ˜“çºç´¯æˆ‘們的罪ã€å­˜å¿ƒå¿è€ã€å¥”那擺在我們å‰é ­çš„路程ã€

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.

仰望為我們信心創始æˆçµ‚的耶穌.〔或作仰望那將真é“創始æˆçµ‚的耶穌〕他因那擺在å‰é¢çš„喜樂ã€å°±è¼•çœ‹ç¾žè¾±ã€å¿å—了å字架的苦難ã€ä¾¿å在 神寶座的å³é‚Šã€‚

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.

And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as sons: "My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,

因為主所愛的他必管教ã€åˆéž­æ‰“凡所收ç´çš„å…’å­ã€‚ã€

because the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes everyone he accepts as a son."

你們所å¿å—çš„ã€æ˜¯ã€€ç¥žç®¡æ•™ä½ å€‘ã€å¾…你們如åŒå¾…å…’å­ï¼Žç„‰æœ‰å…’å­ä¸è¢«çˆ¶è¦ªç®¡æ•™çš„呢。

Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father?

管教原是眾å­æ‰€å…±å—çš„ã€ä½ å€‘è‹¥ä¸å—管教ã€å°±æ˜¯ç§å­ã€ä¸æ˜¯å…’å­äº†ã€‚

If you are not disciplined (and everyone undergoes discipline), then you are illegitimate children and not true sons.

å†è€…ã€æˆ‘們曾有生身的父管教我們ã€æˆ‘們尚且敬é‡ä»–ã€ä½•æ³è¬éˆçš„父ã€æˆ‘們豈ä¸æ›´ç•¶é †æœä»–得生麼。

Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live!

生身的父都是暫隨己æ„管教我們.惟有è¬éˆçš„父管教我們ã€æ˜¯è¦æˆ‘們得益處ã€ä½¿æˆ‘們在他的è–潔上有分。

Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness.

凡管教的事ã€ç•¶æ™‚ä¸è¦ºå¾—快樂ã€å覺得æ„苦.後來å»ç‚ºé‚£ç¶“ç·´éŽçš„人ã€çµå‡ºå¹³å®‰çš„æžœå­ã€å°±æ˜¯ç¾©ï¼Ž

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.

也è¦ç‚ºè‡ªå·±çš„腳把é“路修直了ã€ä½¿ç˜¸å­ä¸è‡³æ­ªè…³ã€å得痊癒。〔歪腳或作差路〕

"Make level paths for your feet," so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.

你們è¦è¿½æ±‚與眾人和ç¦ã€ä¸¦è¦è¿½æ±‚è–潔.éžè–潔沒有人能見主.

Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

åˆè¦è¬¹æ…Žã€æ怕有人失了 神的æ©ï¼Žæ怕有毒根生出來擾亂你們ã€å› æ­¤å«çœ¾äººæ²¾æŸ“污穢.

See to it that no one misses the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.

æ怕有淫亂的ã€æœ‰è²ªæˆ€ä¸–俗如以掃的.他因一點食物把自己長å­çš„å分賣了。

See that no one is sexually immoral, or is godless like Esau, who for a single meal sold his inheritance rights as the oldest son.

後來想è¦æ‰¿å—父所ç¥çš„ç¦ã€ç«Ÿè¢«æ£„絕ã€é›–然號哭切求ã€å»å¾—ä¸è‘—門路ã€ä½¿ä»–父親的心æ„回轉ã€é€™æ˜¯ä½ å€‘知é“的。

Afterward, as you know, when he wanted to inherit this blessing, he was rejected. He could bring about no change of mind, though he sought the blessing with tears.

你們原ä¸æ˜¯ä¾†åˆ°é‚£èƒ½æ‘¸çš„å±±ã€æ­¤å±±æœ‰ç«ç„°ã€å¯†é›²ã€é»‘æš—ã€æš´é¢¨ã€

You have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness, gloom and storm;

角è²èˆ‡èªªè©±çš„è²éŸ³ï¼Žé‚£äº›è½è¦‹é€™è²éŸ³çš„ã€éƒ½æ±‚ä¸è¦å†å‘他們說話.

to a trumpet blast or to such a voice speaking words that those who heard it begged that no further word be spoken to them,

因為他們當ä¸èµ·æ‰€å‘½ä»–們的話ã€èªªã€ã€Žé è¿‘這山的ã€å³ä¾¿æ˜¯èµ°ç¸ã€ä¹Ÿè¦ç”¨çŸ³é ­æ‰“死。ã€

because they could not bear what was commanded: "If even an animal touches the mountain, it must be stoned."

所見的極其å¯æ€•ã€ç”šè‡³æ‘©è¥¿èªªã€ã€Žæˆ‘甚是æ懼戰兢。ã€

The sight was so terrifying that Moses said, "I am trembling with fear."

But you have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly,

to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

你們總è¦è¬¹æ…Žã€ä¸å¯æ£„絕那å‘你們說話的.因為那些棄絕在地上警戒他們的ã€å°šä¸”ä¸èƒ½é€ƒç½ªã€ä½•æ³æˆ‘們é•èƒŒé‚£å¾žå¤©ä¸Šè­¦æˆ’我們的呢。

See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?

當時他的è²éŸ³éœ‡å‹•äº†åœ°ï¼Žä½†å¦‚今他應許說ã€ã€Žå†ä¸€æ¬¡æˆ‘ä¸å–®è¦éœ‡å‹•åœ°ã€é‚„è¦éœ‡å‹•å¤©ã€‚ã€

At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, "Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens."

這å†ä¸€æ¬¡çš„話ã€æ˜¯æŒ‡æ˜Žè¢«éœ‡å‹•çš„ã€å°±æ˜¯å—造之物ã€éƒ½è¦æŒªåŽ»ã€ä½¿é‚£ä¸è¢«éœ‡å‹•çš„常存。

The words "once more" indicate the removing of what can be shaken--that is, created things--so that what cannot be shaken may remain.

所以我們既得了ä¸èƒ½éœ‡å‹•çš„國ã€å°±ç•¶æ„Ÿæ©ã€ç…§ã€€ç¥žæ‰€å–œæ‚…çš„ã€ç”¨è™”誠敬ç•çš„心事奉 神。

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe,
