A psalm. A song. For the dedication of the temple. Of David. I will exalt you, O LORD, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me.

| | 2 | 耶和华我的神阿，我曾呼求你，你医治了我。
O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me.

| | 3 | 耶和华阿，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。
O LORD, you brought me up from the grave; you spared me from going down into the pit.

| | 4 | 耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，称赞他可记念的圣名。
Sing to the LORD, you saints of his; praise his holy name.

| | 5 | 因为他的怒气不过是转眼之间。他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。
For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.

| | 6 | 至于我，我凡事平顺，便说，我永不动摇。
When I felt secure, I said, "I will never be shaken."

| | 7 | 耶和华阿，你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固。你掩了面，我就惊惶。
O LORD, when you favored me, you made my mountain stand firm; but when you hid your face, I was dismayed.

| | 8 | 耶和华阿，我曾求告你。我向耶和华恳求，说，
To you, O LORD, I called; to the Lord I cried for mercy:

| | 9 | 我被害流血，下到坑中，有什么益处呢？尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实吗？
"What gain is there in my destruction, in my going down into the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it proclaim your faithfulness?

| | 10 | 耶和华阿，求你应允我，怜恤我。耶和华阿，求你帮助我。
Hear, O LORD, and be merciful to me; O LORD, be my help."

| | 11 | 你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐。
You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,

| | 12 | 好叫我的灵（原文作荣耀）歌颂你，并不住声。耶和华我的神阿，我要称谢你，直到永远。
that my heart may sing to you and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give you thanks forever.
