1 （大卫的诗。）耶和华阿，求你听我的祷告，留心听我的恳求，凭你的信实和公义应允我。
A psalm of David. O LORD, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief. |
2 求你不要审问仆人。因为在你面前，凡活着的人，没有一个是义的。
Do not bring your servant into judgment, for no one living is righteous before you. |
3 原来仇敌逼迫我，将我打倒在地，使我住在幽暗之处，像死了许久的人一样。
The enemy pursues me, he crushes me to the ground; he makes me dwell in darkness like those long dead. |
4 所以，我的灵在我里面发昏。我的心在我里面凄惨。
So my spirit grows faint within me; my heart within me is dismayed. |
5 我追想古时之日，思想你的一切作为，默念你手的工作。
I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done. |
6 我向你举手。我的心渴想你，如干旱之地盼雨一样。（细拉）
I spread out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land. Selah |
7 耶和华阿，求你速速应允我。我心神耗尽。不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一样。
Answer me quickly, O LORD; my spirit fails. Do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit. |
8 求你使我清晨得听你慈爱之言，因我倚靠你。求你使我知道当行的路，因我的心仰望你。
Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. |
9 耶和华阿，求你救我脱离我的仇敌。我往你那里藏身。
Rescue me from my enemies, O LORD, for I hide myself in you. |
10 求你指教我遵行你的旨意，因你是我的神。你的灵本为善。求你引我到平坦之地。
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground. |
11 耶和华阿，求你为你的名将我救活。凭你的公义，将我从患难中领出来。
For your name's sake, O LORD, preserve my life; in your righteousness, bring me out of trouble. |
12 凭你的慈爱剪除我的仇敌，灭绝一切苦待我的人，因我是你的仆人。
In your unfailing love, silence my enemies; destroy all my foes, for I am your servant. |
