在上有æƒæŸ„的,人人当顺æœä»–。因为没有æƒæŸ„ä¸æ˜¯å‡ºäºŽç¥žçš„。凡掌æƒçš„都是神所命的。

Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

所以抗拒掌æƒçš„,就是抗拒神的命。抗拒的必自å–刑罚

Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

作官的原ä¸æ˜¯å«è¡Œå–„的惧怕,乃是å«ä½œæ¶çš„惧怕。你愿æ„ä¸æƒ§æ€•æŽŒæƒçš„å—?你åªè¦è¡Œå–„,就å¯å¾—他的称赞。

For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you.

因为他是神的用人,是与你有益的。你若作æ¶ï¼Œå´å½“惧怕。因为他ä¸æ˜¯ç©ºç©ºçš„佩剑。他是神的用人,是伸冤的,刑罚那作æ¶çš„。

For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer.

所以你们必须顺æœï¼Œä¸ä½†æ˜¯å› ä¸ºåˆ‘罚,也是因为良心。

Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience.

你们纳粮,也为这个缘故。因他们是神的差役,常常特管这事。

This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing.

凡人所当得的,就给他。当得粮的,给他纳粮。当得税的,给他上税。当惧怕的,惧怕他。当æ­æ•¬çš„,æ­æ•¬ä»–。

Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

凡事都ä¸å¯äºæ¬ äººï¼ŒæƒŸæœ‰å½¼æ­¤ç›¸çˆ±ï¼Œè¦å¸¸ä»¥ä¸ºäºæ¬ ã€‚因为爱人的就完全了律法。

Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law.

åƒé‚£ä¸å¯å¥¸æ·«ï¼Œä¸å¯æ€äººï¼Œä¸å¯å·ç›—,ä¸å¯è´ªå©ªï¼Œæˆ–有别的诫命,都包在爱人如己这一å¥è¯ä¹‹å†…了。

The commandments, "Do not commit adultery," "Do not murder," "Do not steal," "Do not covet," and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule: "Love your neighbor as yourself."

爱是ä¸åŠ å®³ä¸Žäººçš„,所以爱就完全了律法。

Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

å†è€…,你们晓得现今就是该è¶æ—©ç¡é†’的时候,因为我们得救,现今比åˆä¿¡çš„时候更近了。

And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.

黑夜已深,白昼将近。我们就当脱去暗昧的行为,带上光明的兵器。

The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.

行事为人è¦ç«¯æ­£ï¼Œå¥½åƒè¡Œåœ¨ç™½æ˜¼ã€‚ä¸å¯è’宴醉酒。ä¸å¯å¥½è‰²é‚ªè¡ã€‚ä¸å¯äº‰ç«žå«‰å¦’。

Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.

总è¦æŠ«æˆ´ä¸»è€¶ç¨£åŸºç£ï¼Œä¸è¦ä¸ºè‚‰ä½“安排,去放纵ç§æ¬²ã€‚

Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.
