For the director of music. With stringed instruments. A maskil of David. Listen to my prayer, O God, do not ignore my plea;

hear me and answer me. My thoughts trouble me and I am distraught

ÀÌ´Â ¿ø¼öÀÇ ¼Ò¸®¿Í ¾ÇÀÎÀÇ ¾ÐÁ¦ÀÇ ¿¬°í¶ó ÀúÈñ°¡ Á˾ÇÀ¸·Î ³»°Ô ´õÇÏ¸ç ³ëÇÏ¿© ³ª¸¦ Ç̹ÚÇϳªÀÌ´Ù

at the voice of the enemy, at the stares of the wicked; for they bring down suffering upon me and revile me in their anger.

³» ¸¶À½ÀÌ ³» ¼Ó¿¡¼­ ½ÉÈ÷ ¾ÆÆÄÇÏ¸ç »ç¸ÁÀÇ À§ÇèÀÌ ³»°Ô ¹ÌÃƵµ´Ù

My heart is in anguish within me; the terrors of death assail me.

µÎ·Á¿ò°ú ¶³¸²ÀÌ ³»°Ô À̸£°í Ȳ°øÇÔÀÌ ³ª¸¦ µ¤¾úµµ´Ù

Fear and trembling have beset me; horror has overwhelmed me.

³ªÀÇ ¸»ÀÌ ³»°¡ ºñµÑ±â °°ÀÌ ³¯°³°¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸é ³¯¾Æ°¡¼­ ÆíÈ÷ ½¬¸®·Î´Ù

I said, "Oh, that I had the wings of a dove! I would fly away and be at rest--

I would flee far away and stay in the desert; Selah

I would hurry to my place of shelter, far from the tempest and storm."

Confuse the wicked, O Lord, confound their speech, for I see violence and strife in the city.

ÀúÈñ°¡ Á־߷Π¼ºº® À§¿¡ µÎ·ç ´Ù´Ï´Ï ¼ºÁß¿¡´Â Á˾ǰú ÀÜÇØÇÔÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸¸ç

Day and night they prowl about on its walls; malice and abuse are within it.

¾Çµ¶ÀÌ ±× Áß¿¡ ÀÖ°í ¾Ð¹Ú°ú ±Ë»ç°¡ ±× °Å¸®¸¦ ¶°³ªÁö ¾Êµµ´Ù

Destructive forces are at work in the city; threats and lies never leave its streets.

³ª¸¦ Ã¥¸ÁÇÑ ÀÚ°¡ ¿ø¼ö°¡ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó ¿ø¼öÀÏÁø´ë ³»°¡ Âü¾ÒÀ¸¸®¶ó ³ª¸¦ ´ëÇÏ¿© Àڱ⸦ ³ôÀÌ´Â ÀÚ°¡ ³ª¸¦ ¹Ì¿öÇÏ´Â ÀÚ°¡ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó ¹Ì¿öÇÏ´Â ÀÚÀÏÁø´ë ³»°¡ ±×¸¦ ÇÇÇÏ¿© ¼û¾úÀ¸¸®¶ó

If an enemy were insulting me, I could endure it; if a foe were raising himself against me, I could hide from him.

±×°¡ °ð ³Ê·Î´Ù ³ªÀÇ µ¿·ù, ³ªÀÇ µ¿¹«¿ä ³ªÀÇ °¡±î¿î Ä£¿ì·Î´Ù

But it is you, a man like myself, my companion, my close friend,

with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowship as we walked with the throng at the house of God.

»ç¸ÁÀÌ È¦¿¬È÷ ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ÀÓÇÏ¸ç »ê ä·Î À½ºÎ¿¡ ³»·Á°¥Áö¾î´Ù ÀÌ´Â ¾Çµ¶ÀÌ ÀúÈñ °Åó¿¡ ÀÖ°í ÀúÈñ °¡¿îµ¥ ÀÖÀ½À̷δÙ

Let death take my enemies by surprise; let them go down alive to the grave, for evil finds lodging among them.

³ª´Â Çϳª´Ô²² ºÎ¸£Â¢À¸¸®´Ï ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³ª¸¦ ±¸¿øÇϽø®·Î´Ù

But I call to God, and the LORD saves me.

Àú³á°ú ¾Æħ°ú Á¤¿À¿¡ ³»°¡ ±Ù½ÉÇÏ¿© ź½ÄÇϸ®´Ï ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ³» ¼Ò¸®¸¦ µéÀ¸½Ã¸®·Î´Ù

Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice.

³ª¸¦ ´ëÀûÇÏ´Â ÀÚ ¸¹´õ´Ï ³ª¸¦ Ä¡´Â ÀüÀï¿¡¼­ Àú°¡ ³» »ý¸íÀ» ±¸¼ÓÇÏ»ç Æò¾ÈÇÏ°Ô Çϼ̵µ´Ù

He ransoms me unharmed from the battle waged against me, even though many oppose me.

Å°íºÎÅÍ °è½Å Çϳª´ÔÀÌ µéÀ¸½Ã°í(¼¿¶ó) º¯Ä¡ ¾Æ´ÏÇϸç Çϳª´ÔÀ» °æ¿ÜÄ¡ ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ´Â ÀÚ¿¡°Ô º¸ÀÀÇϽø®·Î´Ù

God, who is enthroned forever, will hear them and afflict them--Selah men who never change their ways and have no fear of God.

Àú´Â ¼ÕÀ» µé¾î ÀÚ±â¿Í È­¸ñÇÑ ÀÚ¸¦ Ä¡°í ±× ¾ð¾àÀ» ¹è¹ÝÇÏ¿´µµ´Ù

My companion attacks his friends; he violates his covenant.

±× ÀÔÀº ¿ìÀ¯±â¸§º¸´Ù ¹Ì²ô·¯¿öµµ ±× ¸¶À½Àº ÀüÀïÀÌ¿ä ±× ¸»Àº ±â¸§º¸´Ù À¯ÇÏ¿©µµ ½Ç»óÀº »ÌÈù Ä®À̷δÙ

His speech is smooth as butter, yet war is in his heart; his words are more soothing than oil, yet they are drawn swords.

Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.

Çϳª´ÔÀÌ¿© ÁÖ²²¼­ ÀúÈñ·Î ÆĸêÀÇ ¿õµ¢ÀÌ¿¡ ºüÁö°Ô ÇϽø®ÀÌ´Ù ÇǸ¦ È긮°Ô ÇÏ¸ç ¼ÓÀÌ´Â ÀÚµéÀº ÀúÈñ ³¯ÀÇ ¹Ýµµ »ìÁö ¸øÇÒ °ÍÀ̳ª ³ª´Â ÁÖ¸¦ ÀÇÁöÇϸ®ÀÌ´Ù

But you, O God, will bring down the wicked into the pit of corruption; bloodthirsty and deceitful men will not live out half their days. But as for me, I trust in you.
