When he came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him.

ÇÑ ¹®µÕº´ÀÚ°¡ ³ª¾Æ¿Í ÀýÇÏ°í °¡·ÎµÇ ÁÖ¿© ¿øÇϽøé Àú¸¦ ±ú²ýÄÉ ÇÏ½Ç ¼ö ÀÖ³ªÀÌ´Ù ÇÏ°Å´Ã

A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¼ÕÀ» ³»¹Ð¾î Àú¿¡°Ô ´ë½Ã¸ç °¡¶ó»ç´ë ³»°¡ ¿øÇϳë´Ï ±ú²ýÇÔÀ» ¹ÞÀ¸¶ó ÇϽŴë Áï½Ã ±×ÀÇ ¹®µÕº´ÀÌ ±ú²ýÇÏ¿©ÁøÁö¶ó

Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. "I am willing," he said. "Be clean!" Immediately he was cured of his leprosy.

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ À̸£½ÃµÇ »ï°¡ ¾Æ¹«¿¡°Ôµµ À̸£Áö ¸»°í ´Ù¸¸ °¡¼­ Á¦»çÀå¿¡°Ô ³× ¸öÀ» º¸ÀÌ°í ¸ð¼¼ÀÇ ¸íÇÑ ¿¹¹°À» µå·Á ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô Áõ°ÅÇ϶ó ÇϽô϶ó

Then Jesus said to him, "See that you don't tell anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift Moses commanded, as a testimony to them."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ °¡¹ö³ª¿ò¿¡ µé¾î°¡½Ã´Ï ÇÑ ¹éºÎÀåÀÌ ³ª¾Æ¿Í °£±¸ÇÏ¿©

When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help.

°¡·ÎµÇ ÁÖ¿© ³» ÇÏÀÎÀÌ Áßdzº´À¸·Î Áý¿¡ ´©¿ö ¸÷½Ã ±«·Î¿öÇϳªÀÌ´Ù

"Lord," he said, "my servant lies at home paralyzed and in terrible suffering."

°¡¶ó»ç´ë ³»°¡ °¡¼­ °íÃÄÁÖ¸®¶ó

Jesus said to him, "I will go and heal him."

¹éºÎÀåÀÌ ´ë´äÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ÁÖ¿© ³» Áý¿¡ µé¾î¿À½ÉÀ» ³ª´Â °¨´çÄ¡ ¸øÇÏ°Ú»ç¿À´Ï ´Ù¸¸ ¸»¾¸À¸·Î¸¸ ÇϿɼҼ­ ±×·¯¸é ³» ÇÏÀÎÀÌ ³´°Ú»ð³ªÀÌ´Ù

The centurion replied, "Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed.

³ªµµ ³²ÀÇ ¼öÇÏ¿¡ ÀÖ´Â »ç¶÷ÀÌ¿ä ³» ¾Æ·¡µµ ±º»ç°¡ ÀÖÀ¸´Ï ÀÌ´õ·¯ °¡¶ó ÇÏ¸é °¡°í Àú´õ·¯ ¿À¶ó ÇÏ¸é ¿À°í ³» Á¾´õ·¯ ÀÌ°ÍÀ» Ç϶ó Çϸé ÇϳªÀÌ´Ù

For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ µéÀ¸½Ã°í ±âÀÌÈ÷ ¿©°Ü ÁÀ´Â Àڵ鿡°Ô À̸£½ÃµÇ ³»°¡ Áø½Ç·Î ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£³ë´Ï À̽º¶ó¿¤ Áß ¾Æ¹«¿¡°Ô¼­µµ À̸¸ÇÑ ¹ÏÀ½À» ¸¸³ªº¸Áö ¸øÇÏ¿´³ë¶ó

When Jesus heard this, he was astonished and said to those following him, "I tell you the truth, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.

¶Ç ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£³ë´Ï µ¿¼­·ÎºÎÅÍ ¸¹Àº »ç¶÷ÀÌ À̸£·¯ ¾Æºê¶óÇÔ°ú ÀÌ»è°ú ¾ß°ö°ú ÇÔ²² õ±¹¿¡ ¾ÉÀ¸·Á´Ï¿Í

I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.

³ª¶óÀÇ º» ÀÚ¼ÕµéÀº ¹Ù±ù ¾îµÎ¿î µ¥ ÂѰܳª °Å±â¼­ ¿ï¸ç À̸¦ °§ÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸¸®¶ó

But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¹éºÎÀå¿¡°Ô À̸£½ÃµÇ °¡¶ó ³× ¹ÏÀº ´ë·Î µÉÁö¾î´Ù ÇÏ½Ã´Ï ±× ½Ã·Î ÇÏÀÎÀÌ ³ªÀ¸´Ï¶ó

Then Jesus said to the centurion, "Go! It will be done just as you believed it would." And his servant was healed at that very hour.

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ º£µå·ÎÀÇ Áý¿¡ µé¾î°¡»ç ±×ÀÇ Àå¸ð°¡ ¿­º´À¸·Î ¾Î¾Æ ´©¿î °ÍÀ» º¸½Ã°í

When Jesus came into Peter's house, he saw Peter's mother-in-law lying in bed with a fever.

±×ÀÇ ¼ÕÀ» ¸¸Áö½Ã´Ï ¿­º´ÀÌ ¶°³ª°¡°í ¿©ÀÎÀÌ ÀϾ¼­ ¿¹¼ö²² ¼öÁ¾µé´õ¶ó

He touched her hand and the fever left her, and she got up and began to wait on him.

Àú¹°¸Å »ç¶÷µéÀÌ ±Í½Å µé¸° ÀÚ¸¦ ¸¹ÀÌ µ¥¸®°í ¿¹¼ö²² ¿À°Å´Ã ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¸»¾¸À¸·Î ±Í½ÅµéÀ» ÂÑ¾Æ ³»½Ã°í º´µç ÀÚ¸¦ ´Ù °íÄ¡½Ã´Ï

When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick.

ÀÌ´Â ¼±ÁöÀÚ ÀÌ»ç¾ß·Î ÇϽŠ¸»¾¸¿¡ ¿ì¸® ¿¬¾àÇÑ °ÍÀ» Ä£È÷ ´ã´çÇÏ½Ã°í º´À» Áû¾îÁö¼Ìµµ´Ù ÇÔÀ» ÀÌ·ç·Á ÇϽÉÀÌ´õ¶ó

This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: "He took up our infirmities and carried our diseases."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¹«¸®°¡ Àڱ⸦ ¿¡¿ö½ÓÀ» º¸½Ã°í ÀúÆíÀ¸·Î °Ç³Ê °¡±â¸¦ ¸íÇϽô϶ó

When Jesus saw the crowd around him, he gave orders to cross to the other side of the lake.

ÇÑ ¼­±â°üÀÌ ³ª¾Æ¿Í ¿¹¼ö²² ¸»¾¸Ç쵂 ¼±»ý´ÔÀÌ¿© ¾îµð·Î °¡½ÃµçÁö Àú´Â ÁÀÀ¸¸®ÀÌ´Ù

Then a teacher of the law came to him and said, "Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ À̸£½ÃµÇ ¿©¿ìµµ ±¼ÀÌ ÀÖ°í °øÁßÀÇ »õµµ °Åó°¡ ÀÖÀ¸µÇ ¿ÀÁ÷ ÀÎÀÚ´Â ¸Ó¸® µÑ °÷ÀÌ ¾ø´Ù ÇϽôõ¶ó

Jesus replied, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head."

Á¦ÀÚ Áß¿¡ ¶Ç Çϳª°¡ °¡·ÎµÇ ÁÖ¿© ³ª·Î ¸ÕÀú °¡¼­ ºÎÄ£À» Àå»çÇÏ°Ô Çã¶ôÇϿɼҼ­

Another disciple said to him, "Lord, first let me go and bury my father."

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ °¡¶ó»ç´ë Á×Àº ÀÚµé·Î ÀúÈñ Á×Àº ÀÚ¸¦ Àå»çÇÏ°Ô ÇÏ°í ³Ê´Â ³ª¸¦ ÁÀÀ¸¶ó ÇϽô϶ó

But Jesus told him, "Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead."

¹è¿¡ ¿À¸£½Ã¸Å Á¦ÀÚµéÀÌ ÁÀ¾Ò´õ´Ï

Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him.

¹Ù´Ù¿¡ Å« ³îÀÌ ÀϾ ¹°°áÀÌ ¹è¿¡ µ¤ÀÌ°Ô µÇ¾úÀ¸µÇ ¿¹¼ö´Â ÁÖ¹«½Ã´ÂÁö¶ó

Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping.

±× Á¦ÀÚµéÀÌ ³ª¾Æ¿Í ±ú¿ì¸ç °¡·ÎµÇ ÁÖ¿© ±¸¿øÇϼҼ­ ¿ì¸®°¡ Á×°Ú³ªÀÌ´Ù

The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!"

¿¹¼ö²²¼­ À̸£½ÃµÇ ¾îÂîÇÏ¿© ¹«¼­¿öÇÏ´À³Ä ¹ÏÀ½ÀÌ ÀûÀº ÀÚµé¾Æ ÇÏ½Ã°í °ð ÀϾ»ç ¹Ù¶÷°ú ¹Ù´Ù¸¦ ²Ù¢À¸½Å´ë ¾ÆÁÖ ÀÜÀÜÇÏ°Ô µÇ°Å´Ã

He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

±× »ç¶÷µéÀÌ ±âÀÌÈ÷ ¿©°Ü °¡·ÎµÇ ÀÌ ¾î¶°ÇÑ »ç¶÷À̱⿡ ¹Ù¶÷°ú ¹Ù´Ùµµ ¼øÁ¾Çϴ°í ÇÏ´õ¶ó

The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!"

¶Ç ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ °Ç³ÊÆí °¡´Ù¶ó Áö¹æ¿¡ °¡½Ã¸Å ±Í½Å µé¸° ÀÚ µÑÀÌ ¹«´ý »çÀÌ¿¡¼­ ³ª¿Í ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ¸¸³ª´Ï ÀúÈñ´Â ½ÉÈ÷ »ç³ª¿Í ¾Æ¹«µµ ±× ±æ·Î Áö³ª°¥ ¼ö ¾øÀ» ¸¸ÇÏ´õ¶ó

When he arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way.

ÀÌ¿¡ ÀúÈñ°¡ ¼Ò¸®Áú·¯ °¡·ÎµÇ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ¾ÆµéÀÌ¿© ¿ì¸®¿Í ´ç½Å°ú ¹«½¼ »ó°üÀÌ ÀÖ³ªÀÌ±î ¶§°¡ À̸£±â Àü¿¡ ¿ì¸®¸¦ ±«·Ó°Ô ÇÏ·Á°í ¿©±â ¿À¼Ì³ªÀ̱î ÇÏ´õ´Ï

"What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?"

¸¶Ä§ ¸Ö¸®¼­ ¸¹Àº µÅÁö ¶¼°¡ ¸Ô°í ÀÖ´ÂÁö¶ó

Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding.

±Í½ÅµéÀÌ ¿¹¼ö²² °£±¸ÇÏ¿© °¡·ÎµÇ ¸¸ÀÏ ¿ì¸®¸¦ ÂÑ¾Æ ³»½ÇÁø´ë µÅÁö ¶¼¿¡ µé¿© º¸³»¼Ò¼­ ÇÑ´ë

The demons begged Jesus, "If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs."

ÀúÈñ´õ·¯ °¡¶ó ÇÏ½Ã´Ï ±Í½ÅµéÀÌ ³ª¿Í¼­ µÅÁö¿¡°Ô·Î µé¾î°¡´ÂÁö¶ó ¿Â ¶¼°¡ ºñÅ»·Î ³»¸®´Þ¾Æ ¹Ù´Ù¿¡ µé¾î°¡¼­ ¹°¿¡¼­ ¸ô»çÇÏ°Å´Ã

He said to them, "Go!" So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water.

Ä¡´ø ÀÚµéÀÌ ´Þ¾Æ³ª ½Ã³»¿¡ µé¾î°¡ ÀÌ ¸ðµç ÀÏ°ú ±Í½Åµé¸° ÀÚÀÇ ÀÏÀ» °íÇÏ´Ï

Those tending the pigs ran off, went into the town and reported all this, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men.

¿Â ½Ã³»°¡ ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ¸¸³ª·Á°í ³ª°¡¼­ º¸°í ±× Áö¹æ¿¡¼­ ¶°³ª½Ã±â¸¦ °£±¸ÇÏ´õ¶ó

Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they pleaded with him to leave their region.
